A Family Affair
At the helm of Barbecues The Roasting Hub is the Sarkar family. The founding father, Mr. Sibu Prasad Sarkar, along with his wife, Mrs. Purba Sarkar, have poured their hearts and souls into creating a culinary haven. Their dedication to preserving traditional Indian flavors has been passed down through generations.
The current torchbearers are Mr. Samrat Sarkar, the main founder, and his younger brother, Mr. Suba Dhali, the co-founder. Under their guidance, the restaurant has continued to thrive, offering a diverse menu that caters to a wide range of palates.
